COMPANY OVERVIEW
Casey Resources, Inc. (CRI) was formed to provide continuing quality environmental services pertaining to Brownfields redevelopment projects as well as other environmental concerns. CRI provides high quality, reliable, and cost-effective solutions for sensitive environmental issues. CRI's key personnel have numerous years of practical, hands on experience at hundreds of sites that have had various types of environmental impacts and/or related problems. Given this experience, CRI personnel can address your specific environmental situations uniquely and efficiently. CRI personnel are problem-solvers and take the time to understand your needs and address your problems in a cost efficient and sensitive manner.
Our clients include mostly private sector land developers requiring assistance on Brownfield properties. Some of our past experience includes site investigations, remedial design, and/or construction monitoring for the New Elitch Gardens, Jefferson County Schools, Robinson Brick Company/Home Depot USA, Ascent Entertainment and Kroenke Sports Enterprises (The Pepsi Center Arena), Colorado's Ocean Journey, Forest City Development (Stapleton), and the Colorado Department of Transportation.
CRI personnel have successfully negotiated and implemented over 90 Voluntary Cleanup Projects in Colorado and other states in the western United States, including the Cinderella City (Englewood Town Center) redevelopment, which won the prestigious Phoenix Award for Brownfield Redevelopment in 2002. Many of the site restoration projects were performed under the State of Colorado's Voluntary Cleanup and Redevelopment Act.
CRI has achieved our success by maintaining a company philosophy of "hands-on" project leadership by its principals, which provides the necessary expertise to develop and implement cost-effective solutions specifically relating to our client's project needs. We pride ourselves in efficiently providing the necessary information such that our clients can make an informed business decision regarding environmental issues.
