Type of Project:  Casey Resources, Inc. (CRI) is currently completing environmental assessments and preparing Voluntary Cleanup Plans for the closure of a former flotation mill site, a 42 acre tailings impoundment, and approximately 100 acres of floodplain property containing mining related debris in Creede, Colorado.  Cleanup planning includes commercial and open space end use scenarios. 

Type of Contamination: Mine tailings and related wastes containing heavy metal impacts, primarily arsenic, cadmium, lead, and zinc.
